Answer all 10 questions (answer limit 50 words). Each question carries 1.5 marks.

समस्त दस प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । (उत्तर सीमा 50 शब्द) प्रत्येक प्रश्न 1.5 अंक का है।

Section - B (Marks : 3 × 5 = 15)

Answer all five questions. Each questions has internal choice (Answer limit 200 words). Each questions carries 3 marks.

खण्ड - ब (अंक : 3 × 5 = 15)

समस्त पांच प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न में विकल्प का चयन करें । (उत्तर सीमा 200 शब्द) प्रत्येक प्रश्न 3 अंक का है।

Section - C (Marks : 5 × 3 = 15)

Answer any three questions out of five. (Answer limit 500 words). Each question carries 5 marks.

पांच में से किन्हीं तीन प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए। (उत्तर सीमा 500 शब्द) प्रत्येक प्रश्न 5 अंक का है ।

सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर  दीजिए । उत्तर 50 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए ।

(ii)  Explain the various type of reproduction in algae. 1¹/₂

शैवालों में जनन के विभिन्न प्रकार बताइए ।

(iii)  Describe two general charactristics of Chlorophyta. 1¹/₂

क्लोरोफाइटा के दो सामान्य लक्षण बताइए ।

(iv)  What is Plakea stage in algae volvox ? 1¹/₂

वॉल्वॉक्स शैवाल में प्लेकिया स्टेज क्या है ?

(v)  Explain the life cycle of Polysiphonia. 1¹/₂

पॉलिसाइफोनिया का जीवन चक्र बताइए ।

(vi) Cite example of Lichens which are used as environmental indicators. 1¹/₂

लाइकेन का उदहारण दीजिए जो प्रदूषण सूचक के रूप में प्रयुक्त होते है ।

(vii) Two general characteristics of Bryophyta. 1¹/₂

ब्रायोफाइटा के दो सामान्य लक्षण बताइए ।

(viii)  Write two points about Riccia sporophyte. 1¹/₂

रिक्सिया के स्पोरोफाइट के बारे में दो बिंदु बताइए ।

(ix)  Name the algae which have symbiotic association with anthoceros ?  1¹/₂

उस शैवाल का नाम बताइए जो सहजीवी सहयोग में एन्थोसिरोस के साथ रहती है ।

(x)  Give common name of Sphagnum. 1¹/₂

स्फेग्नम का सामान्य नाम बताइए ।

Attempt all questions. Answer shoud not exceed 200 words in each question.

सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर  दीजिए । प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर 200 शब्दों से अधिक नहीं होना चाहिए ।

2. Discuss the structure, development and function of Heterocyst. 3

हेटेरोसिस्ट की संरचना, विकास एवं कार्य का विवेचन कीजिए ।
